When: Thursday, June 10th, 2010 at 8:00am, Shot Gun Start, Registration Starts at 7:00am

Where:: Lewis River Golf Course

Format:: Four Person Teams, Rules supplied at registration.

Player Cost:: $380.00/ Foursome

(Includes: Green fee, Carts, Continental Breakfast & Post tournament Awards Lunch at the clubhouse)

Raffle tickets & Mulligans can be purchased at registration, checks or cash only please.
